Eastrange-Piedra Vista

Welcome to the Eastrange-Piedra Vista (ER-PV) Neighborhood Association Home Page. ER-PV is truly the best of both Albuquerque worlds – the Sandia Foothills in our back yard and the entire city’s amenities are just minutes away. The ER-PV Neighborhood sits on Albuquerque’s eastern border along the Sandia foothills with easy access to many Sandia Mountain hiking and mountain biking trails. Fifteen minutes hiking will take you into the Sandia Mountain Wilderness Area – the only designated urban Wilderness Area in the U.S. There is also a beautiful paved 10-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail running along Tramway Boulevard.

ER-PV is a friendly and inviting place to live in and raise a family. I-40 is just 5 minutes away. Kirtland Air Force Base, Sandia National Laboratories and Albuquerque International Airport are quick commutes (many do Sandia Labs on their bicycles). Within a 10 to 15 minute drive, there are several shopping areas and many good restaurants nearby. We have a voluntary neighborhood association that supports maintaining our neighborhood and security, and there are a number of social activities throughout the year.
